Obed participated in AIF sniper training before the battle of Falam, and finished as the top of his class, earning distinction as a skilled marksman.
On November 12th 2024, in the critical early stages of the battle, our comrade Obed led the assault that would result in the capture of the Falam police station. Falling martyr in the process, Obed insisted on always being at the front of the battle, and with his practical leadership inspired his comrades to achieve final victory. The capture of the police station represented a critical turning point in the battle, securing the advantage of Chin Brotherhood forces.
When the enemy was attempting to reinforce their isolated soldiers via helicopter, Mang Boih led a detachment to intercept and ambush the newly landed troops on March 15th, 2025, falling Martyr in a skirmish that seized weapons and prisoners from the enemy.
Mang Boih participated in AIF sniper training before the battle to liberate Falam, and went alongside the AIF for multiple recon missions. In this time he became known for his strength and leadership on the frontline and further forward, often moving silently behind enemy lines. During the battle, he spent many nights behind night vision optics, keeping the enemy pinned down and unable to move. Mang Boih was known as a warm and loving comrade to those who knew him, and with his actions served as a leader both on and off the battlefield.
With the fire of global struggle in our hearts, we unite our efforts with the battles and victories of all who would dismantle this femicidal dictatorship, all who strike back against the powers of fascism and capitalist modernity. Since the first wretched pillars of patriarchy were erected, the pillars on which all structures of oppression stand, women have driven and guided the revolutionary struggle to dismantle them.
From the first days of the SAC Dictatorship’s war, their campaign of devastation against entire peoples, they have systematically targeted women. Their tools are not only the bomb and the bullet. Widespread, structurally enshrined rape and torture have underpinned their campaign of terror against a population who yearn for liberation. Faced with such an adversary, the women of Burma have taken up the rifle and the mortar, the slingshot and the drone to free themselves and their land from patriarchal dominion.
In taking these steps, these brave bounds toward dignified freedom and autonomy, these women have retaken their historical place at the forefront of Anti-fascist resistance. In doing so, they have also necessarily taken up a second fight: the fight against the patriarchal mentality and illogic of daily life in all sections of society, and even within the revolution itself. Without Women’s Liberation, without the liberation of all oppressed by patriarchy, no society can be free. To all who fight to be free of this foundational evil, and to the martyrs who have fallen in tearing it down, we salute you.
Until victory against the patriarchal dictatorship: Women, Life, Freedom! Jin, Jiyan, Azadî! အမျိုးသမီး ဘဝ လွတ်မြောက်ရေး!
On the 23rd of October, the fascist Turkish state launched a brutal attack against the people of Rojava and North-East Syria, as well as Sengal and the mountains of Southern Kurdistan. The targets of this attack were bakeries, hospitals, petrol and electricity stations, administration buildings, and among others, the fundamental infrastructure of the revolution.
Only days before, from October 11 to October 20, the fascist State Administration Council of Myanmar led a brutal campaign of slaughter against the people of Budalin township, murdering at least 25 civilians, dismembering them, and displaying their remains in the villages. All the while, the indiscriminate bombing of civilians continues across the country.
The objective of the fascist enemy is clear. Whether in the mountains of Kurdistan or in the mountains of Myanmar, the mercenaries are in every instance outmatched by the forces of revolution. Unable to secure victory on the battlefield, they instead bring terror and atrocities upon civilians who support the democratic forces.
We reject the intimidation, indignity, and terror of fascism wherever it may arise, and stand in solidarity with the people of Rojava and the forces defending the revolution. As internationalists fighting alongside the peoples of Myanmar against the SAC junta, we take up the motif of our comrades fighting for a democratic modernity: Berxwedan Jiyan e, Resistance is life!
For more than three years the peoples of Burma have waged popular resistance against a military junta, which seized power after a landslide defeat in the country’s elections. Even before the coup, ethnic rebels in the countryside have been waging a decades-long resistance against the Burmese central government. Now, in a historical moment, the entire people has united to strike final defeat into both the fascist dictatorship which has since birth plagued the country, as well as the chauvinist and divisive approach of the “Burmese” state against the many peoples of the land.
Most of the country is again in the hands of the people, with the dictatorship retreating everywhere and on the defensive- but the hardest battles are still yet to come. The times ahead of us mark a crucial period of transition and development as the revolutionary forces consolidate the strength to be able to confront the junta in their strongholds. We believe the time has come for internationalists, as they have always done, to come to the side of the people and organize in the defense of the revolution.
To this end we announce the Anti-fascist Internationalist Front, a vessel for individuals of all nationalities to join the people of Myanmar in their resistance to the dictatorship, and invite all who consider themselves anti-fascist or revolutionary to contact us at the email below.
